Living from the Inside Out

This morning the sun is shining and there is a lovely chilliness in the air.  This comes after some huge rains over the last week so I am imagining that people will enjoy being up and out and about today.  For me it's a whole uninterrrupted day in the office and enjoying the views from my windows (and the meow of Meeks the cat) as she too decides this is a great day to be out in nature.
Over the last week I have come across the work of Hiro Boga which I find fascinating and thought provoking.  I have listended to some of her interviews and also read some of her latest writings. I find it refreshing and challenging as she provides insights around How to Rule Your World from the Inside Out.  To short cut, she elaborates on taking responsibility for your own life and only when this occurs will you be able to live and work in the face of overwhelm.  She says "If you want to rule your world you have to begin by ruling your inner world.  You can't control what happens in the external world.  Bring your inner world into  order and gain harmony.  Ease and flow will come through."  I am sure that energy flow is essential to supporting how we develop our own core essence (ie who we are) and how we allow this to come through and SHINE.  There is nothing better than being in the presence of someone with integrity who is living in alignment with their values.  They know who they are and what they are and they live that way making choices accordingly. These people usually radiate peace, wholeness and integrity and live life from their central core.  You can find Hiro at http://www.hiroboga.com/ I love the landscape shots in her website.  Now off to let the cat out!
